Erin helps to explain nutrition and wellness in a way that is simplified, applicable to our daily lives, and can actually feel attainable! I have always been somebody who has tried to eat heathy and stick to a workout regime that has me feeling good both physically and mentally, but when I got pregnant, all of that quickly changed. I was sick my entire first trimester, and even after the sickness lifted, I only craved simple carbohydrates and had an aversion to meat. I knew I wasn’t fueling my body correctly for pregnancy and wanted to ensure that I could get back on track. I turned to Erin for help and she was immediately attentive, she sent me a consultation form to fill out and within the next day or two we had an in-depth over the phone discussion. Shortly after Erin sent over a wellness plan with foods to prioritize and food to avoid during pregnancy, and the proper amount of nutrients, water and exercise I should be getting. She sent me a nutrition plan with sample recipes that I could immediately begin to incorporate into my daily life. On top of that, since she knew I was struggling eating meat, she sent me very helpful handouts for plant-based calcium, iron and protein sources. With Erin’s help, I am back on track, working out a few times per week, eating a well-balanced diet, and feeling overall healthier as my pregnancy progresses.
